Personalized Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Performance Enhancement
At The Wellness Loft, we champion our male patients and celebrate all things masculine! One-size-fits-all strategies do not work, as the physical demands on men in their 30s differ wildly from men in their 60s or 70s. We treat the individual, not the reference range. Whether you are struggling with loss of lean muscle mass, decreased stamina, erectile dysfunction, low libido, hair loss, or gynecomastia (“man-boobs”), we can help.
Our Proven Approach
Men's Health & Testosterone Therapy
Testosterone is an important hormone that supports all aspects of masculinity. Our culture and physical environment are constantly working against healthy levels of testosterone, and insufficiencies are becoming the norm. Symptoms and lifestyles guide our treatment strategies, and we use an integrative approach to support your total well-being. We take the time to discuss your unique health history, current symptoms, daily stressors, lifestyle, and also your goals. We then curate a powerful and personalized wellness plan to support masculine energy, body confidence, and optimal performance.
Your Personal Best Is Just a Click Away!
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is actually very straightforward. After your New Patient Intake appointment (either virtual or in-person), we will provide an order for you to have blood drawn for a complete hormone panel. We then meet with you to go over your results in detail and answer any questions that may arise. We will discuss options for restoring healthy balance to all of your hormones and develop a wellness plan that is aligned with your values, priorities, and health goals. Treatments may include injectable testosterone, oral supplements, topical creams/gels, nutritional and exercise guidance, medical peptides for body optimization, and behavioral health support. Once you get started, we will meet monthly to fine tune your protocol and celebrate your progress.
Low energy, low sex drive, impotence, erectile dysfunction, low sperm count and infertility, depression, heightened emotionality, decreased muscle mass, weight gain (especially around the midsection), weakness, breast tissue development, difficulty concentrating, brain fog, night sweats and hot flashes, irritability, loss of body hair, balding, brittle bones and increased injury
Levels of endogenous (naturally produced) testosterone decline with age by approximately 1-2% per year. The bioavailability of testosterone is impacted by increased production of sex hormone binding globulin by the liver as we age – this means not all of the testosterone circulating can actually be used. Stress and demanding lives also reduce testosterone levels. In our culture, stress and burnout are the norm, and it is creating an epidemic of low T, gender fluidity, role confusion, sexual ambivalence, estrogen dominance with increased risk for reproductive cancers, central adiposity, and metabolic syndrome.
